- The 3D GARAGE LightWave 7.5 Advanced Course will take you on an extended learning journey, and from project to project, one step at a time. You’ll begin in Modeler, starting with DVD-ROM 1. Insert the disc into your DVD-ROM drive, and click the movie links to begin playing them. Then, go to your DVD drive, and double click the files to run. The movies can be run by themselves as well from the disc, simply by double clicking them. You can also copy the movies to your hard drive for faster playback.
When complete, move on to the next video as listed on the enclosed sheet. Of course, you can reference any movie at any time, but the course is designed to take you from beginning to end. These projects helps you understand the key tools in LightWave, such as organic modeling, splines, UV Mapping, complex texturing, keyframing and much more – all of which is crucial to any project you tackle in LightWave.
